Anonymous Got home from the grocery about 8 last night, and the large bag of shredded taco cheese didn't make it into the fridge. I found it about 9 this morning on the kitchen counter. No, WRONG. Leaving cheeses unrefrigerated for long periods of time will dry them out and cause a thin layer of oil to separate from and coat the cheese.
